“Indlamu” refers to a traditional Zulu war dance from South Africa and Northern Ndebele from Western Zimbabwe. It’s characterized by a lively, energetic style, often used to prepare troops for battle or as a form of entertainment and cultural expression. The dance involves lifting one foot and bringing it down sharply, landing on the downbeat.
